When we closed on the Duval Laundry building, our first order of business was a massive undertaking, and our goal was simple: clean up the land.

We removed over 100,000 gallons of environmental contaminants, removed 9 underground storage tanks, and dug 17 permanent monitoring wells.

A century of environmental contamination cleaned up in 3 months.
